I wanted a clarification. My husband and i have received PR approval. We wanted to buy an EA, as his job demands him to move to different countries, can we rent out our EA, even if we have not completed 3 years of staying at our EA.

You must be referring to pre-sale negotiation. If OTP is signed &amp; exercised, stop negotiating and follow strictly HDB&#039;s resale completion schedule. Period.

Buyer assumes all risks. Buyer is not protected whatsoever.

This present market is a sellers&#039; market. Seller reaping profit from high valuation plus COV, they should not be asking for extension &amp; should consider the need of buyer.

I wonder what kind of consideration seller is offering, is seller selling without COV or below valuation? Seller offering cash in appreciation for the extension? You like this unit so much, you are willing to take the risk?

My view, DO NOT offer extension, verbal or written.</description>

May I know what will happen if the extension of stay requrested by the seller during negotiaion? Is the buyer agree, is there any risk on the buyer? How to protect the buyer in this case?
